Amal's Salon is a thriving and innovative hair salon located in Chatsworth. We are currently seeking skilled and passionate hair stylists to join our team on a part-time or full-time rental basis.

Job Responsibilities :

Hair Styling :

• Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments, in accordance with client preferences and industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.

Client Consultation :

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and concerns.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments.

Client Care :

• Offer exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their salon experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Cleanliness and Sanitation :

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and disinfection of styling stations and tools.
• Follow salon hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff.

Product Knowledge :

Be knowledgeable about salon products and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home hair care and styling.

Booking and Scheduling :

Manage appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently to optimize your availability and maximize client bookings.

Rental Agreement Compliance :

Adhere to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, including rental fees and salon policies.

Qualifications :

• A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license in State / Country .
• Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and creative salon environment.
