Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator for a position in Auburn Hills, MI! This position is paying $45,000-55,000 and begins right away.

Duties :
Receive, review and distribute new contracts and purchase orders from customers
Setup awarded projects in Sage 300 and project management software
Communication with subcontractors on purchase orders awarded, billings, insurance, sworn statements, and waivers
Receive, enter and pay subcontractor invoices into Sage 300.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Set up new subcontractors in Sage 300
File and address and notices of furnishing / notices of commencement received
Request / Issue Certificates of Insurance
Requirements :
Associates degree (preferred), or relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years Contract Administration / Accounts Payable
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Project Management software
Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
Knowledge of liability insurance, bonds, and lien law a plus
High-energy, self-motivated, and able to complete defined tasks with minimal supervision
