This role provides flexible support to multiple units, including ICU and Med / Surg, covering patient care as needed. Block scheduling is not guaranteed , and floating is required. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across units. Float to different hospital units except Psych and ED (unless managing holds). Manage patient assignments ranging from 1 : 1 to 1 : 7 depending on unit and acuity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication.
