Join Our Team as a Regional Truck Driver!

We are excited to welcome qualified candidates for the position of Regional CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver. This is a direct-hire opportunity where you will enjoy a full benefits package and the comfort of driving brand new trucks. Our company specializes in premium commercial wood products, including custom doors and countertops, and due to our ongoing growth, we are expanding our team.

Compensation :

  • Average annual salary of $90,000+.
  • Activity-based pay structure (miles, stops, etc.).
  • $6,000 sign-on bonus : $1,500 paid after 90 days, $1,500 after 6 months, and $3,000 after 1 year.
  • Average of 2,000 miles per week.
  • Typical workdays are 10-14 hours with weekly paychecks.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Workdays are Sunday-Thursday, allowing you to be home every weekend.
  • Flexible start times based on business requirements.
  • No slip seating; you'll be assigned a 2025 vehicle with a sleeper cab.
  • Route planning is handled by the company, and you may have 1 overnight or be out for up to 5 days depending on the route.
  • Routes will mainly be regional but may extend to all 48 states with consistent multiple stops - typically 15 stops each week.
  • Flexibility is key for work schedule and route assignments.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Deliver and unload high-end custom doors and countertops to retail locations and end-users.
  • Drive CDL trucks to transport materials to designated locations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided.
  • Conduct mechanical checks on vehicles and report maintenance or repair issues as needed.
  • Operate flatbed trailers with curtain sides.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement.
  • Minimum two years of CDL A driving experience is required.
  • Current DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical exam.
  • Must be in excellent physical condition and able to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds unaided.
  • Ability to work in varied environments and conditions including outdoors, indoors, hot, and cold.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Able to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
