Reedy & Company Relators LLC Seeks Licensed Plumber! Do you have a knack for fixing leaky faucets and clogged drains? Are you passionate about keeping plumbing systems running smoothly?
If so, we want to hear from you! Reedy & Company Relators LLC is searching for a qualified and experienced plumber to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties we manage.
Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Install, maintain, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner. Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential problems before they occur.
Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure a smooth workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations.
May be required to prepare estimates and invoices for completed work. Qualifications : Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and / or commercial plumbing. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects. Clean MVR Benefits : Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
