General OR to include Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, and Trauma and Robotic obgyn and Urology cases

CVOR OR : Complex Thoracic to Include AAA, Valve replacement, and CABG. Complex open and Eno vascular cases to include bypass, Angio and Stents.
