About : Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is in search of evening RNs! Responsibilities : Directs / coordinates / assists with provision of nursing care;
facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies / procedures, rules / regulations, and addresses / corrects problems as indicated All other duties as assigned Qualifications : Must be licensed in Minnesota Must be CPR certified Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Lyngblomsten is an award-winning Christian nonprofit organization serving older adults through healthcare, housing, and community-based services since 1906.
