• Experience : Minimum of 1 year in group instruction or personal training.
• Certifications : Current and maintained fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, etc.) and CPR / AED certification.
• Skills : Ability to lead and motivate, excellent interpersonal communication, and a passion for fitness and client success.

The Role : As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will :

• Lead scientifically designed workouts for up to 45 clients per session.
• Motivate and guide members to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring safety and maximizing participant engagement.

Requirements :

• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Intermediate knowledge of exercise physiology and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
