- Required Certifications : CPHt, BLS
- Required Skills : Inpatient / Acute care, Pyxis, Routes of administration, Removal (recalls, returns, outdates, reverse distribution), Storage requirements, Aseptic Technique, Compound a Sterile and Non Sterile Product, Prevent / report medication errors, Sterilize a laminar or horizontal flow hood, Controlled substance documentation requirements, Controlled substance transfer regulations, High alert / risk medications, Look alike / sound alike drugs, State licensed

- Pay : $1400.27 / week - $1630.02 / week
- Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
- Shift : 5, 8-Hour 07 : 00 - 15 : 30
- At least one year of experience required
