Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CLARA CITY CARE CENTER in Clara City, MN. The LPN will provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor patient's health, update patient records, and collaborate with healthcare teams. The role includes providing daily patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Strong patient care and clinical skills
• Knowledge of administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• CPR certification required
