Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk & Accounts Payable Clerk, located in San Diego, CA. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks. Additionally, the clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accounting records, and assisting with accounts payable functions. The clerk will also be expected to use accounting software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing
• Experience with Accounting Software Sage Intacct
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in a front desk or accounts payable role is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
