Position Overview : As an OTR Flatbed Truck Driver, you will have the chance to earn an average of $1,300 to $1,800 gross per week, while enjoying the benefits of competitive pay and a supportive work environment. A minimum of 6 months CDL A experience is required to apply.

Sign-On Bonus : $4,000 for drivers with 6 months experience or more.
Guaranteed Minimum Pay : $1,000 weekly for experienced drivers.

Job Highlights :

Average Weekly Gross : $1,000 - $1,700

Average Weekly Miles : 2,100 - 2,400

Home Time : Out for 12-14 days, home for 2 days on weekends

Primary Operating Area : Midwest and Southeast

Freight : 100% No-Touch (Tarping & Securement required)

Hauling various building products like lumber, wallboard, and steel

Occasional Drop & Hook

Equipment : Drive quality vehicles built for comfort :

2022-2026 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, and Freightliner Cascadias

Automatic transmission with speeds governed at 65 mph (pedal) / 68 mph (cruise)

Equipped with APU, 1,800-watt inverter, refrigerator, microwave, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with satellite programming, and CB radio

Job Requirements :

Must hold a valid Class A CDL

Clean driving record

Compliance with FMCSA requirements

Orientation & Onboarding : Orientation takes place in Fort Dodge, IA and lasts for 3 days. New hires receive $500 after completing orientation. Travel options include rental vehicle, plane ticket, or reimbursement for personal vehicles. A physical and drug screening is required.
