What the day will look like

As an Assistant Vice President, you are the Lead Consultant on the Health Solutions client team supporting the Account Executive and responsible for timely, accurate, and quality service of all client deliverables.

In this position you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team and project management.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Client relationship management, including project management, fee setting, revenue projections, and delivery of stewardship reports.
  • New business development, including meeting new business revenue goals and managing prospect opportunities.
  • Possessing a fundamental understanding of the Health & Benefits practice.
  • Expertise in benefit plan design, RFP development, carrier negotiations, and client financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Managing day-to-day work to serve client needs and coordinating the client team.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in the Health & Benefits discipline.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Business development experience.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually, varying based on education, experience, skills, and abilities.
