A to Z Tree & Turf, LLC services some of the largest, most prestigious residential landscapes in Arizona. We are looking for hardworking and reliable landscape construction crew members to add to our team.
If you are passionate about providing customers with an exceptional experience, we are looking for you.
Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive company vehicles such as landscaping rig (Dump truck with trailer.)
- Must be dependable & reliable, show up on time when scheduled
- Must have clean appearance & good attitude towards crew & customers
- Follow company safety program
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to receive and follow directions adequately and efficiently
Must have a AZ driver license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements & Working Environment :
- Work 10 hours per day Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work some overtime as needed during the busy season
- Ability to understand heat illness, take lunch & adequate water breaks
- Ability to work in extreme Arizona temperatures 100+ degrees in summer
- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50 to 60 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand and twist continuously throughout the day
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
