Warehouse Sr. Industrial Engineer

Overview

Warehouse Sr. Industrial Engineer at Ryder System, Inc. The role drives continuous improvement across warehouse operations, applying Lean, data analytics, engineering, and automation to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and perform statistical analysis to identify process gaps and recommend actions.
• Develop and manage a continuous improvement plan to deliver value and support transformation initiatives.
• Lead and complete continuous improvement and steady-state engineering projects, assessing CI initiatives and supporting go-live and certification activities.
• Apply engineering methodologies and Lean tools such as product slotting, time studies, layouts, and optimization to improve distribution and / or transportation operations.
• Facilitate and execute value stream maps and Kaizen events, coaching process owners on Lean methods to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide regular data reports to measure progress against site objectives and make inventory and supply chain strategy recommendations.

Compensation Information

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : $95,000

Maximum Pay Range : $105,000
