Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Unit
We are offering a special summer incentive with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment. This opportunity is for nurses with 1 or more years of experience.
Vacation accrual is based on RN experience.
- Provide care to a designated group of patients via the nursing process and technology.
- Complete initial patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans based on patient and family needs.
- Prioritize patient and employee safety by reporting and correcting hazards and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and offer constructive feedback to peers.
- Complete and document patient care activities and medication administration following safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on prompt response to patient needs.
- Use critical thinking to evaluate patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team.
