Unit Overview : 24 Bed Unit Blended Unit of both Med Surg and Intermediate patients.4 : 1 Patient to RN ratioPatient Population : Orthopedic Trauma patients from our Level 1 Trauma Center ER, Post-Orthopedic Surgeries (Joint Replacements, Fractures, Back Surgeries), Wound Vac, Hemovac, JP Drains, as well as patients with Drips (Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin)Specialized with : Traction set-up, Trapeze, set-up, Continuous Passive Motion Machines, and External Fixation DevicesGenerations 7 acute care will offer a wide variety of experiences, as they receive patients with a wide range of diagnoses.

• We are working to become certified in Geriatric Hip Fractures. : : Education and ExperienceBSN Preferred Current Ohio RN license Current CPR / BLS Specialty certifications as requiredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to move about hospital and between workstations;
