Physical Therapist (HH) for Rochester NYJob Requirements : A B.S., M.S. or D.P.T. degree in Physical Therapy · Possession of a current New York State License in Physical Therapy.
Ability to physically lift and assist patients in hands on care.· Minimum of one year experience in Long Term Care / Home Care setting as Physical Therapy· Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)Job Certifications : - BLE (American HEart Association ONLYTemporary 13 Weeks
