Role Overview : The Treasury Manager role will be hands-on and involve overseeing functional aspects of treasury operations related to cash management of hundreds of bank accounts / entities.

The role requires a high level of diligence in monitoring day-to-day cash transactions, bank relations, managing financial risks, and implementing policies for banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize daily cash positioning and funding.
• Oversee and monitor daily bank account activities including transfers, investments, and loan payments.
• Manage bank account administration including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
• Approach treasury operations strategically, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce treasury-related procedures and protocols.
• Build effective relationships with banks and financial service providers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial operations.
• Assist in the development of financial risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting related to treasury functions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, CTP) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate treasury or financial sector managing sizable cash flows and relationships with financial institutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-entity, multi-bank processes.
• Proficiency in treasury systems, banking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong knowledge of treasury principles, financial markets, bank account management, and cash forecasting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills in order to drive process improvements.
