Adams & Martin Group is working with law firms through LA and Orange County in upcoming needs for temporary attorney coverage.
Firms have increased work / caseloads that require extra help on particular matters. Hours may begin part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time or fluctuate.
Some roles may ask attorneys to come on site as need or on a regular hybrid basis.
Position Overview : Firms are looking for attorneys with general civil litigation backgrounds to assist with various litigation duties - law and motion, discovery, research, and document review.
Attorneys in temporary roles will not be responsible for making appearances, and will work directly with one or more Senior Associates / Partners at the firm.
Firms are looking for those with experience in both plaintiff- and defense-side represenation.
Top Three Things We're Looking For :
- 5+ Years of Solid Litigation Experience : Ideally with a focus on civil litigation.
- California Bar Admission : Active and in good standing
- Proactive Work Ethic : The ability to hit the ground running on tasks and work efficiently with little training.
