Aventura is seeking a talented and dynamic bartender to join our team! Our bartenders are experts on all - service, hospitality, food, and beverage offerings.
We are looking for a strong bartender to help us continue to expand our amazing beverage program by bringing their experience, creativity, and a high-level of hospitality.
Our bartenders know how to juggle simultaneous tasks, engage with guest, and move efficiently and swiftly to provide attentive service.
We look for individuals who thrive under pressure and are hungry to learn and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Have extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Bring a teamwork mentality
- Able to prepare cocktails swiftly and accurately
- Passion for hospitality
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year bartending experience in full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, diverse wines
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
