Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : Leesburg, VA 20176
Pay Rate : $35 / hr - $38 / hr
Position 1 : Full-Time LPN with Trach Management Experience
- Provide care for a 1st-grade student, including trach reinsertion when necessary.
- Assist school staff during emergencies and provide support until EMS arrives.
- Follow the Classroom, Evacuation, and Emergency Action Plans as directed by the RN.
- The student is fully mobile and cognitively independent.
- Parents manage transportation to and from school.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM (includes bus ride).
- Certifications : LPN (VA State), BLS
Position 2 : Part-Time LPN
- Care for a 3-year-old student who is oxygen-dependent via nasal cannula.
- Assist with G-tube feeding and support the student with mobility, who uses leg braces.
- Accompany the student on the bus to and from school.
- Schedule : Tuesday and Thursday, 6 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM (includes bus ride).
- Certifications : LPN (VA State), BLS
