GPA is a network of Montessori-inspired middle and high schools, including both brick-and-mortar campuses and a fully virtual program.
Our Montessori approach means we believe in promoting each student’s individual agency. This includes open-ended, free work periods, where students choose what to work on and work at their own pace.
We bring structure to that through a coaching-based approach that helps students plan their own goals for the day and week, using adults as guides and accountability partners.
This approach takes work to learn, so you’ll need to come in with that attitude. It also takes flexibility and a willingness to experiment.
You will be joining a team of ambitious, creative, and inspiring educators and a fast-paced organization with opportunities for growth and development.
Your role :
- Work with GPA program experts to apply and individualize the Humanities curriculum for your classroom
- Facilitate student progression through the math coursework through regular feedback and assessment and opportunities to apply these topics in interdisciplinary projects and real-world problems
- 1 : 1 coaching to a cohort of students where you are fully invested in all aspects of their personal, academic, and social development
- Establishing and modeling a strong, supportive community that upholds GPA’s core values at all times
- Working closely with your colleagues on campus and throughout the GPA network to continually improve the program and support our students
- Partner with parents to ensure students are fully supported at home and at school

- Have a demonstrated passion for the Humanities, preferably in conjunction with an advanced degree or professional experience in a career in a related field
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
