Job Title : Immigration Attorneys – Nationwide Network (In-Person USCIS Interviews)

About the Opportunity

Attention all Charlotte Immigration Lawyers! Consilio is in the process of building a nationwide network of immigration attorneys to assist clients during in-person USCIS interviews. This initiative will support individuals applying for green cards, naturalization, and asylum. We are seeking skilled attorneys to join a flexible, on-call pool and represent clients at interviews across multiple regions.

Gain experience and grow your practice while impacting lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior attorneys to gain valuable experience in a growing field.

  • Assignment Scope

Each assignment averages ~5 hours, including case review, USCIS interview attendance, and post-interview debrief.

  • Duration

    • Long-term, indefinite need; assignments are

    sporadic and dependent on USCIS scheduling

  • Locations

    • Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC

  • Training

    • One-week (40 hours) onboarding program.

  • Compensation

    • Competitive Hourly Rates - Based on location and experience. ($45-65 / hour)

    Key Responsibilities

  • Review assigned client cases (I-485, N-400, I-130).
  • Attend USCIS interviews in person, guiding clients through the process.
  • Provide post-interview summaries and feedback.
  • Deliver strong client-facing support in high-stakes, time-sensitive situations.

    • Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing (any state).
  • Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
  • Immigration law or mock trial experience preferred but not required.
