Territory Sales Manager
The NAPA brand isknown around the world for having KNOW HOW and we are looking for aTalent who can bring their Sales KNOW HOW to this very excitingrole Territory Sales Manager.
We are looking for someone who canachieve maximum market penetration / growth, increasesales / profitability, and create superior wow experiences for ourIndependently owned NAPA Auto Parts Stores.
This role reports to asupportive SalesManager!
TheRole :
Youwill have the opportunity to manage NAPA program implementations toenable store-owners and their installer customers to increase theirmarket share, successfully compete in their market, and ultimatelyhelp owners achieve profitability and return on investment.
Wewould like to also have someone who is familiar with and focused oninventory readiness for the store owners.

Hereis what you’ll get todo :
- Present,communicate, and sell store-owners and their installer customers onthe NAPA Sales, Marketing, and Training programs.
- Achieveterritory sales quota and provide training to store employees onthe proper implementation and utilization of NAPA programs.
- Workin an advisor and business partner role with store owners and buildlong-termrelationships
- Preparestores to manage effective inventorylevels
- Createa roadmap for all store activities including moves, store revamps,modernizations, open houses,etc.
- Engagestore personnel in training on utilization of NAPA programs andoperational procedures of distributioncenters
- Striveto meet territory quotas and contribute to the achievement ofdistribution centerquotas
- Implementsthe NAPA inventory effectiveness program.
- Assistsstore-owner and employees in fully utilizing point of sale andinventory planning systems.
Whatyou’ll need :
- Collegedegree preferred or equivalent salesexperience
- Understandand demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for thesales call, managing the customer / sales meeting, handling customerresistance,
- Priorexperience the Automotive Aftermarket or other industry where youmanaged a territory APA store or other retail experience in theautomotive industry
- 2+years’ experience in a customer focused role where you managedaccounts
- Demonstrateprofessionalism, good judgment and a strong workethic
- Abilityto communicate, present, and persuade. Possesses problem solvingand decision- makingskills
- Demonstrateorganizational and planning skills, practice time management, meetdeadlines and display a sense ofurgency

Highsense of urgency and be customer service oriented with a superpositive attitude@! Experience with building and developing strongcustomer relationships.

- Automotive / Mechanicalbackground (not a deal breaker if you don’t)
- Strongwritten, oral, and facilitation skills
- Abilityto define problems and resolve themquickly
- Setexpectations, meet commitments, track results, and manageaccountability
