$35hr (Weekly pay + Benefits)

6 month contract (Potential for extension)

Full-time : M-F 8am-5pm PST

Summary :

The IT Project Manager will support process definition and requirements gathering to enable documentation of policies and procedures, support industry, corporate and department compliance obligations, implementation of best practices and delivery of IT solutions and systems.

This position will be responsible for collaborating with the IT department and all business functions within the company

Responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze application requirements from multiple sources such as meetings, interviews, document review and task / workflow analysis.
• Perform administration of one or more business enterprise applications as required.
• Assist IT and internal business departments to define, document, and to improve processes and solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to collect and analyze data to assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Prepare and collect evidence for corporate compliance requirements including Sunshine Act, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Manage and submit department contracts and coordinate invoice review process.
• Participate and provide support for IT tasks and responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-8 years’ experience as IT Project Manager (open to candidates starting as an IT Project Manager)
• Must currently live in the location
• Must have worked in a role that required being flexible to bend with the team and support the team
• Experience with heavy focus on project side of IT; not troubleshooting or typical IT work or helpdesk.
• Some social media exposure to make sharepoint appealing; creative side is a plus
• Some understanding to collect and analyze data to assist with troubleshooting systems
• Experience to assist IT and internal business depts to define, document and improve processes in relation to IT
• Some understanding to support testing procedures
• Able to coordinate user acceptance testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support.
• Knowledge of IT Compliance
• Familiarity with application architecture, application integration and basic understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS (Software as a Service) or interest is helpful .
• Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Ability to build effective business relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork, and fast-paced environment.
