n nBonus is guaranteed for first 12 weeks at maximum level and is paid bi-weekly. n n Position : General Manager n n Experience : 3 years n n Shift : 10 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm r n r n Annual Compensation : $71,500 - $105,500
General Manager's role : Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.

n n Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. n Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
n Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. n Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved.
n Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality. n n Work Schedule : Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
n n Reports to : District Manager
