Responsibilities :
Responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and coaching staff in the Eat The Frog Fitness facility.
This successful candidate might have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, it is suggested that the Sales Manager executes a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
There are several responsibilities a Sales Manager oversees on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. The key to successfully operating any Eat The Frog Fitness studio is about having the balance between having fun, developing a positive relationship with members and the community, and consistently representing quality leadership skills.
The Sales Manager is the leader of the sales experience and is responsible for properly executing that responsibility at all times.
Culture
Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive based motivation
Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
Ensure Eat The Frog Fitness branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
Enforce Eat The Frog Fitness business policies, business practices, systems and processes.
Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team and fitness team
Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues
Sales
Properly managing and exceeding all Eat The Frog Fitness sales and operational budgets
Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, grand opening events, studio events, community outreaches)
Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company outreach programs
Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using Eat The Frog Fitness tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
Sales and Marketing
Responsible for coordinating studio Business to Business activities
Responsible for communicating with the studio’s digital marketing company
Responsible for Digital ads and studio landing pages to be current and relevant
Responsible for coordinating field marketing activities
Responsible for print ads to be loaded to the local magazine portal by the due date
Responsible for coordinating studio community activities
Responsible to be in attendance for sales and marketing calls
Responsible for publishing a minimum of 2 Facebook and Instagram posts each weekday (M-F) and a minimum of 1 post each weekend (Sat / Sun) with a consistent theme
Ensuring all instagram / facebook comments will be followed and responses kept current
Google Business Reviews will be followed and responses to reviews kept current
Member birthdays will be accurate and acknowledged
Member session milestones will be accurate and acknowledge
