In this role you will take part as a leader at a 24 / 7 location that provides air cargo handling services to as many as 9 airlines under one roof.
In this role you will :
- Oversee shifts that have activity in import, export and freighter aircraft ground operations.
- Have customer contact both virtually and in person.
- Be responsible for the scheduling of the staff on your shift and communicating with them about the variety of activities and priorities for their work hours.
- Partake in the stability of the quality control factors effecting your shift and the overall operation.
- Also have administrative duties that are related to your employees and our customers
