A multinational company in the New Hudson, Michigan area is currently seeking Lead Field Service Engineers for direct hire with their growing team.

Requirements
Qualified Lead Field Service Engineers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experiences :
- 3+ years of recent / relevant experience leading teams for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
- Solid experience and knowledge of automation equipment and applications including robotic welding, sealing, piercing / riveting, fastening, metal joining or closely related.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills including reviewing blueprints, organizing / overseeing mechanical and electrical trades, etc.
- Travel is primarily local in Metro Detroit. Overnight travel is anticipated to be 25% primarily within the U.S.
- Must be able to work in the United States. Canadian / Mexican Citizens meeting TN Guidelines welcome.
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Benefits
Lead Field Service Engineers will be anticipated to be salaried in the $100,000-$130,000 per year range with excellent bonuses, car allowance, and high quality affordable benefits.
