Staff Product Marketing Manager, Workforce Solutions

Within the QuickBooks team, the Workforce Solutions team offers industry-leading payroll in addition to HR solutions, team management, and benefits to help small businesses pay and take care of their teams. The QuickBooks U.S. Marketing team is seeking a seasoned product marketer with strong strategic and storytelling skills to create customer benefit and drive business results. As a Staff Product Marketing Manager on the team, you will develop and activate commercialization strategies and go-to-market plans for the Workforce portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated marketing leader to drive brand and commercial transformation while accelerating QuickBooks' growth trajectory in the human capital management space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience defining commercial models and GTM strategies for new products, with an emphasis on B2B and human capital management products. You'll be challenged to think boldly, move fast, and have a big impact on our customers' lives, their livelihoods, and the QuickBooks brand trajectory.

What you'll bring :

• 8 - 10+ years of experience in product marketing strategy and cross-functional execution
• Experience in the human capital management space and / or understanding of this market preferred
• Understands and utilizes core marketing frameworks to develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning, and translate strategy into product roadmaps and actionable, cross-functional go-to-market plans
• Experience defining pricing, lineup and GTM strategy to drive growth and retention
• Skilled cross-functional leader, with a track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives and raising the bar on executional excellence
• Highly analytical and problem-solving orientation; comfort with different testing methodologies and synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to analyze ROI, develop big insights, and make recommendations that unlock growth opportunities
• Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact levers, balancing short and long term business outcomes
• Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
• Strong track record of leadership, storytelling, and influencing in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
• Excellent verbal, written / presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• BA / BS required, MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with small- and mid-sized business a plus
