Key Responsibilities
Design and document scalable support processes, including ticket routing and customer feedback loops
Develop analytics and dashboards to measure customer health and support performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate support data and identify opportunities for product improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Pylon)
Hands-on experience in SQL and BigQuery for data analysis and reporting
Able to manage structured processes across multiple functions accurately and timely
Comfortable creating and interpreting performance reports
High accuracy in data entry and process documentation
