Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to align project goals with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while managing risks and ensuring smooth execution.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Lead project meetings, manage task prioritization, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and overall team performance.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to company standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the tech or AI industry.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive results.
• Technical Acumen : Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or software development projects is a plus.
• Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem Solver : Ability to navigate challenges, manage risks, and find creative solutions.
• Project Management Tools : Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
