A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor who is fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze information necessary to process mortgage applications

Manage daily pipeline with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and compliance standards

Communicate loan status effectively to all relevant parties involved in the transaction

Required Qualifications

3 years of current experience in processing residential home loans

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and loan products

Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Encompass360 Bankers Edition

Ability to work independently and be highly motivated
