We have a full-time position as a store manager at our Airport location. We offer a great commission structure along with your hourly wage and salary wages depending on experience.

Job Purpose :
- Managerial duties such as inventory, operations, and sales coaching
- To achieve your quota every month by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
- Serve customers by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and helping find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to create long-term customer relationships.
- Be a reliable team member and have good communication skills.
- Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
- Develop employees through training and accountability.
- Develop marketing and sales plans for your location and for your employees.
