Contract Opportunity : Engineering Documentation Specialist (2-3 Week Project)

We’re looking for an engineering-minded professional who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy to help us clean up and organize our engineering files and product documentation at Colanar.

Our engineering team is growing rapidly and while they’re focused on active project work, we need extra support to streamline our file architecture and documentation structure . This short-term project will ensure our systems stay scalable as we continue to grow.

Project Details :

Duration : ~2 weeks (approximately 80 hours, with flexibility if needed)

Scope : Organize and clean up engineering documentation, standardize file structure, and improve accessibility

Location : Ideally on-site in Deep River, CT for a short onboarding / review, with potential for remote work thereafter

This is a great short-term project for someone who thrives on organization, structure, and process improvement within an engineering or technical environment!
