Job Description
- Demonstrates competency in determining the adequacy / comprehensiveness of technical data, deviations, etc. related to quality requirements
- Collaborates with multiple departments on quality inquiries and issues and address them effectively
- Sets up and gathers documentation for PPAPs
- Works directly with customers to address and resolve questions, requirements, complaints, 8D process, certifications, etc.
- Supports the quality inspection department
- Leads internal investigations and corrective action plans
- Assist Quality Management with leading key continuous improvement projects
- Leads internal investigations for incidents and in-house rejections and drives corrective actions to implementation
- Conducts internal audits, customer audits and customer visits
- Other duties as needed and assigned

The Successful Applicant
- Must have Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Green belt certification
- Experience with PPAPs and audits
- Knowledge of other standards (AS 9100, IATF 16949, etc.) preferred
