Required : 1. New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification 2. AHA BLS 3. AHA ACLS 4. NRP 5. IV / Phlebotomy experience Two years of the following experience is required : Maternal and child experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill Conscious sedation.
