Data Integration Specialist

As a Data Integration Specialist at Riverside Insights, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between technology and education. Your mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and accurate data integrations that empower schools and educators to focus on what matters most, student success. By combining technical expertise with exceptional customer support, you’ll ensure seamless connections across our platforms-DESSA, Data Manager, ESGI, and easyCBM-driving innovation and transforming the educational experience for thousands of learners.

In this role you will get to :

• Efficiently establish and execute diverse integration types across all Riverside platforms with speed and precision.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and understanding in all correspondence and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt and effective solutions and proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Acquire and maintain expert-level proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google BigQuery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to system enhancements and documentation updates.
• Share knowledge through training and support, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team.

Compensation : A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 USD. This role is an hourly position. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data / range parameters.
