Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of workers' compensation experience to join its Los Angeles office.
Hybrid work arrangements are available, allowing the ability to work primarily remotely in the Los Angeles / Orange County areas.
The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and will possess superior writing, research, and analytical skills.
Deposition and / or trial experience is a plus.
The associate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice. California bar admission is required.
