Account Manager - Clinical Diagnostics

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Clinical Diagnostics team, preferably based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting Bio-Rad's diagnostic product portfolio within your assigned territory.

How you will make an impact :

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales targets.

Promote and sell Bio-Rad's clinical diagnostic products to assigned accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.

Manage competing priorities by planning effectively and maintaining organized territory operations.

Present competitive solutions, including pricing and value-added services.

Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.

Collaborate with the broader sales team to implement territory-level sales and marketing strategies.

Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and aligning with Bio-Rad's quality standards.

Commit to continuous learning through required training, seminars, and trade shows.

What You Bring :

• Education : BA / BS degree in a medical technology, life science or technical related discipline or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Work Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the clinical diagnostics sales and / or certified laboratory experience.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $84,300 to $116,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
