Iron Light is looking for project management support for our clients and projects. We need someone who can help us continue to provide exceptional client service to our dozens of clients.
Client Services Associates do that by working to ensure that we are doing the work on time, under budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who can fill the role of Client Services Associate here at Iron Light.
This role is open to remote work.
Below are some of the duties that this person would fulfill :
- Administrative support
- Outreach emails and calls
- Following up on project tasks
- Attending regular internal meetings
- Taking notes during meetings and sharing them with the teams
- Operations support
- Scheduling meetings where needed
- Following up on key action items
Key skills :
- Self-starter
- Very well-organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to free market / classical liberal principles
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and Slack
- Fluency with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar
- Experience with project management software like Basecamp and Asana is a huge plus
