Rapidly growing Insurance Agency, leading national direct seller and writer of surety bonds, fidelity bonds, and insurance products for a wide range of professionals and industries, is in search of Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with promoting and selling insurance products.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm with an hour lunch. Company offers bonus, salary increase after 1 year, 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, employee discount, life insurance, PTO, and vision insurance and covers 75% of premiums.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customer with online transactions
- Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM
- Nurture client relationships and build rapport with new clients
- Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls
- Consistent, timely, and accurate follow-up on client calls, emails, inquires, and requests
- Assist customers with online applications and online payments
- Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of products and pricing
- Complete sales transactions and processing of payments
- Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
- Retain up-to-date knowledge of company products
- Perform additional duties as required or requested
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proactive approach to achieving sales targets
