Requirements :

- Experience in managing due diligence teams and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent writing skills and a track record of superior academic achievements.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Bar admission in DE.
