TRC is seeking a talented Enterprise Project Manager for a hybrid model contract to hire position. This role is based out of Marietta, GA!
Job Profile Summary
The primary role of the Enterprise Project Manager is to oversee the development, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives as directed by leadership. This role manages the organizations EPIC and Data Governance projects from implementation to ongoing management. Responsibilities include holding stakeholders accountable for timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery, problem-solving, and issue resolution. The Project Manager may lead multiple workstreams, oversee execution and delivery, governance, prioritization, resource planning, reporting, and training.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, goals, deliverables, and changes.
Estimate resources and manage vendors or consultant resources.
Develop project plans, communications, and stakeholder requirements.
Ensure team members have tools, assign responsibilities, and provide feedback.
Identify and resolve project conflicts, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Deliver training, status meetings, and contingency planning as needed.
Coach and mentor team members, ensuring accountability and positive outcomes.
Develop deliverables such as reports, RFPs, policies, procedures, storyboards, and organizational charts.
Facilitate large meetings and leadership groups, provide materials, edits, and restructuring.
Build and grow business relationships critical to project success.
Required Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
Required Certifications
PMP certification preferred.
Required Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager.
Minimum 3 years leading or working within a Data Governance process.
Healthcare system environment experience preferred.
Consulting experience required.
Required Skills

Intermediate or better in Microsoft Office applications.
