Currently seeking an experienced Logistics Dispatcher / Coordinator to come join our leading logistics company onsite at our amazing facility in Irving, TX!

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday-Friday 11 : 00am-8 : 00pm

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00

Location : Onsite Irving, TX 5 miles from DFW Airport

Duties and Responsibilities :

• The Domestic Operations Specialist is responsible for processing shipments, data entry, routing, tracking / tracing, and all related activities for assigned base of accounts.
• The individual will have contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily, responds to emails, booking shipments, tracking & tracking, etc.

Experience Needed :

• Minimum of 2 plus years of recent logistics / transportation with customer service / office experience in a similar role.
• He / she must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, in a timely and affective manner.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• The successful candidate must have good client service skill and handle dual task.
• Being proactive in providing quality client service is a must, have good client service skill, and handle dual tasks.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be career-oriented, hard-working, quick learner.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers.
