We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to help drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reports, and present insights that support our organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A / B testing and performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with specific industry or domain knowledge, if applicable is a plus.
