Marketing Coordinator - Digitech- Hybrid Work from Home Schedule

Overview Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Responsibilities Marketing Coordinator Position will be hybrid remote / on-site in our Chappaqua, NY office. Salary range $40K-$80K DOE.

Job Duties : Act primarily as a digital marketing coordinator on a small team and also as a marketing generalist who will contribute in different areas as needed Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing collateral, digital content, email campaigns, social media, case studies, and proposals Partner with marketing team members to build landing pages, email assets, and content to drive the execution of campaigns Coordinate website updates, publish content, and recommend enhancements based on results Manage SEO and all marketing analytics and reporting this is an area of growth for Digitech Manage email automation tool (Mailchimp), including creation of campaigns, coordinating content and other email assets, and maintaining contact lists Partner with Sales Administrator on integrating sales & marketing tools (Salesforce and others) and maximizing ROI of shared data Manage and optimize social media platforms, scheduling, and tracking metrics Assist with PowerPoint presentation development Monitor and triage contacts from website, inbound email, and telephone inquiries Support other marketing initiatives as needed Requirements and Preferred Experience : Digital marketing experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred Experience with Excel (advanced beginner level or above, not novice level) and other Microsoft Office applications Experience in social media posting and planning Familiar with with CRM and email automation platforms, marketing analytics tools, and web development technologies Familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools a plus Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions Strong writing, grammar, spelling, proofreading, and researching skills (required) Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of quality and urgency B2B or B2G marketing experience a plus note that our primary audience consists of EMS providers and Fire departments who utilize our billing services Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
