Automotive Group Sales Scheduling Agent

Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for multiple dealership locations
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure availability and preparedness
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details
- Follow up with potential customers to reschedule missed appointments or gather feedback
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
