About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)

Experience : Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel, 18 months of recent Emergency Department experience

License : Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission

Certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must-Have :

Must have active and current required certifications.

Must work at least every other holiday.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment required during orientation.

Two attempts maximum allowed to pass the assessments.

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse specializing in emergency care.

Candidates must possess 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel.

Recent travel experience in the emergency department may suffice for the experience requirement.

All licenses must be in hand at the time of submission.

Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.

Nurses with previous charge experience are preferred.

All references must be from a supervising or managerial position within the specialty.

Expected work hours are during the night shift, totaling 12 hours per shift.

The position involves providing critical care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility in scheduling, including participation in holiday shifts, is mandatory.

A background check will be conducted and any open cases will disqualify candidates.

Compliance with facility protocols regarding nicotine and drug testing is required.

Additional duties and responsibilities will be provided upon hiring.
